Hi my name is Nancy,

I'm doing this fundraiser for my best friend Sarah and her partner ant,

Who sadly lost their beautiful baby girl Darcey during the last stage of labour on the 10th of September 2022.

This was their first child and due to darcey having an Velamentous cord insertion (VCI) this led to her passing.

Velamentous cord insertion (VCI) isn't screened for in here in uk and Sarah will be raising awareness for this condition after they have laid Darcey to rest to make sure others don't have to go through what they have has a couple.

Sarah is a horse lover and up until she fell pregnant with Darcey she had her own horse, and after months of waiting they have finally been told that they can have Darcey's funeral in January so I would like to raise the money so Sarah and ant can give their baby girl a horse and carriage on her day.
