Funds For College

Hi, my name is Darah and I am raising money to help pay for college necessities like textbooks! I am excited to be attending Cal Poly Humboldt as a freshman in the Fall. I am majoring in Marine Biology with a minor in Scientific Dive. My mom is helping with a lot of the expenses and I have saved $1,100 however, I am still $2,540 short of meeting my basic financial needs for the first year. Over the next few weeks, I will be doing everything I can to raise the money I need for college through sales and donations. Here is my budget breakdown:

- Share my Craigslist ads with others who you think might be interested in items. 

Anything I raise over the needed amount for year 1 will go towards reducing the financial burden on my mom, miscellaneous expenses (like equipment for my Scientific Dive course), and second year expenses.
