Dapper Dean needs surgery

HI, My name is Miles and I have a kitten named Dean. He's about 5 months old and has the cutest little eyes you've ever seen. A couple days ago i got home from work to find him limping and not putting any weight on his back left leg. Took him to the vet immediately and discovered he separated his Tib/Fib from his growth plate. The only thing that can be done is Surgery, and needs to happen ASAP. I unfortunately don't have the funds to make this happen. So as of right now my only option is putting him down. Dean is my best friend and the only thing i have to make me feel whole. Please help me save my little man.
