My dear friend, the lovely Daphne Humphrey, is dealing with a rather serious skin cancer. If you look closely, there is a faint white circle on her nose that looks like a benign sub-cutaneous cyst that she noticed just 10 or so days before her daughter's wedding in September. She went to an out-patient dermatology procedure but learned the cancer was already in her bone. The pictures sum up the horror of skin cancer. BASAL cell is not kidding.
