Daphne Motorcycle Accident Bill’s & Recovery
Donation protected
Hello everyone, our beloved niece Daphne Rivera was in a motorcycle accident on Thursday, September 29, 2022. The at-fault truck driver did not see her companion (who was driving the motorcycle with her on the back) and ran them out of the road causing a catastrophic collision. Unfortunately, he did not survive the impact and our niece Is currently in ICU fighting for her life at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix Arizona. She suffered a diffuse axonal injury, her jaw is broken, 9 ribs are broken, and most of her right side is with severe lacerations among her arms, hips, and legs. Her recovery is unknown, and she remains unconscious.
A little bit about Daphne, she is a brilliant Artistic 19-year-old young lady who recently graduated from Arizona Western College. She completed her education with a double major in AJS and Art. Her career goal is to one day work within the border patrol agency in which she has an active application pending to serve at the Yuma Sheriff’s department. She loves spending time with her little sister Josie and her mom Daisy. She also occupies her spare time creating art such as paintings, drawing, and anything else that allows her to express her creativity. All her family can agree that her smile can brighten up a room and her laugh is contagious.
As you can imagine, sustaining injuries of this magnitude will be costly. As a family we have been looking for a way to help out our beloved niece. We are grateful for all the love and support. ANY amount of contribution will be appreciated.
