Daphne Goggins & Family

Daphne Goggins, a 56-year old single mother of three and ward leader in North Philadelphia, who became the first African-American woman endorsed for mayor by the city’s Republican Party, was recently stricken with CoViD-19.  Tragically, her condition has deteriorated and she is now in a coma, on life support.  The Republican Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth is launching this GoFundMe page to raise resources for Daphne, whose oldest son was recently laid off from his job, and her family.
