John Dante Liska

As many people have heard, Dante passed away on May 29, 2019 after a two and a half year battle with metastatic colon cancer. His spirit was still ready to fight, but his body became too weak. Thanks to all the wonderful tributes to him on Facebook. He is clearly someone who touched many lives in a positive way. He is the best person I have ever known and we will all feel this loss for a long time.

The outpouring of love and support has been tremendous and I can’t thank you enough. Many people have asked how they can help or if there is anything they can do. Offers of help and the generous donations of food, drink and time make me realize how much Dante was loved by others.

This gofundme account has been set up to bring financial support to pay for the cremation and celebration of life/memorial at Honey Horn Plantation on Saturday, June 15th from 7-9 pm.  Any additional money will be given to his sons, Kai Liska and Jett Liska, for their college education.
