Dear friends, family, and well wishers:
As some of you may already know, Dan has been ill with what we thought was a gall bladder issue for quite some time now. Preliminary tests show it may be more serious than expected.
Dan just started his new job in January, however his insurance does not kick in until April. He has also been unable to work the last three weeks and has two major tests upcoming. Additionally once his insurance kicks in, we are on the hook for his full deductible up front and having to pay his portion of insurance premiums until he can return to work.
Between medical expenses and being out of work, it is getting very expensive quickly. I know many people care for Dan and the outpouring of support, love and concern for his well-being is greatly appreciated.
Many people have asked if there is anything they could do to help. That's why we created this page.
Anything y'all could contribute would be greatly appreciated. Every little bit counts. Thanks for your support, prayers, and help on his road to recovery.
