Recently Dan had a bilateral lung transplant. He was on the ventilator for 3 days and gave us all a scare. He is doing better now  but is still hospitalized.  He has a long road ahead of him such as pulmonary rehab, Physical therapy, etc.   There will be many expenses coming down the road for his anti rejection meds which he will be on for the rest of his life.  These meds are very expensive! He has a coverage gap of $10,000 that we must pay toward them.  These meds can not be missed or the lungs will fail.
