Dans Green House Lahaina Fire

Aloha everyone! I was fortunate to be rescued at my home the Lahaina fire by my beautiful neighbors. They brought me to my cousins house in Kahului and she has been extremely wonderful, helping me survive this loss. I did lose my home, car and my 2 storage spaces and the entire shop. There were 4 sun conuures and 1 cockatiel in the shop when it was consumed by the fire. I miss them so but could not rescue them as the fire was racing towards us so fast all we could do was get out of there as fast as we could. We would have all (5 of us in the truck) perished if we would have stopped by the shop on our way out of town. The fire was moving so fast, being pushed by 80 mile an hour winds. Thank God for my wonderful neighbors. So very thoughtful of them to have come to my home and include me in their evacuation process.

"All is gone, but here I stand with just my memories. Finally got a phone and am trying to get back to everyone who is trying to contact me. I am blown away by you all and helping me to save the pieces of my heart as it is breaking. God Bless you all and thank you so much for caring. I will get to you all somehow and will keep on trucking...
