Dano and Elowen - House Fire Fund

Hi, my name is Jesse and I'm setting up this GoFundMe for my cousin Dan and his daughter Elowen.

I'll let Dan describe the situation in his own words.

"Dear friends, family, and neighbours.

Yesterday life decided test me and my daughter once again. Our home was lost to a very serious fire and although there is a great deal of sadness, I thank god for the fact that we are safe. Our neighbours home was also lost, but I thank god that their beautiful family is also safe.

There were memories in those walls that I will have to keep in my mind and heart as we rebuild.

I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the incredible people of the community in which we live. The outpouring of support and donations was overwhelming and I can’t say enough about the kindness and generosity of the Blackstock and Port Perry community. You rallied and showed us the true spirit of community. Bless you all."

As incredible as the local community has been, this will be a long journey of rebuilding and they'll need all of the support they can get from friends and family.

All funds donated will go directly to Dan and Elowen as they begin to rebuild their family home.
