Danny’s Pub and Grill in Naperville is a comfortable, friendly neighborhood place. We’ve been in business since 1991, welcoming people from anywhere but especially in the vicinity of Route 59 and Diehl Road.
A lot of people have described Danny’s as a modern-day “Cheers”. We have a relaxed, friendly bunch of regulars that feel more like family. We serve hot tasty comfort food, and give people a place to catch their favorite team on TV, play a round of darts or pool, sing karaoke, enter a trivia contest, or catch a great rock and roll band on weekends.
But in March, like all Illinois bars and restaurants, we had to close our doors. It was especially hard since we closed right before St. Patrick’s Day, and we were loaded with perishable inventory that went unused and unsold.
Since we’ve been closed, we’ve been cleaning and rearranging and trying to make Danny’s better than ever. But we know you understand when we say it tough to keep the rent and utilities and other bills paid when the money is not coming in.
We are looking forward to reopening ASAP in a safe, healthy manner. We need to make some changes to comply with spacing rules, and we’ll need to restock food and beverages, so we created this GoFundMe to ask for help in keeping our doors open and giving you a warm, friendly place to return to.
