Danny’s Hospital Scare

Hi, my name is Belinda Evangelina Ibarra. I am the wife to Marcos Daniel Ibarra. On February 21 Danny had reason to suspect he had a GI bleed. He had been showing blood in this stools all day. By 3AM the next day he was spitting blood. We immediately went to Austin Heart Hospital of St David’s only to be dismissed with a prescription for a bleeding ulcer and directions to follow up with his PCP in one week. Danny went home and rested all day taking the ER doctor’s instructions to just go home and rest. By the end of the evening when I got home from work Danny could barely stand and felt like he was going to faint. We had to call 9-11 because he had lost all color in his face and was extremely weak. Once we got to the emergency room for the second time, we found out he had been actively bleeding for this entire time. By the time we had an emergency GI doctor operate on my husband it was 7AM, Thursday February 23. He had been actively bleeding from a leaking artery for over 24 hours. At this point Danny was fighting for his life and we did not know if he was going to make it past the operation. This has been the biggest scare of our lives! We have a one year old son, Liam and he has been visiting his Daddy every day. Thanks to our loving Heavenly Father Jehovah and his reigning son Jesus Christ, Danny has been recovering well. We are asking for assistance in paying the hospital bills coming our way. Today makes 11 days in the hospital. He will not be able to return to work as he continues to recover once he gets home. If anyone knows Danny he has the biggest heart and is always ready to help others when they face difficult circumstances in life. I am asking that you please show him how loved he is. He needs to use the next few weeks to rest and not stress about working at this time. Unfortunately his work is not covering this time off. I also work, and continue to work, but my husband is the bread winner. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated by Danny and would help our family out at this time. We love y’all and appreciate all of the thoughts and prayers and loving support that has been shown to us. Tenemos un hijo de un año, Liam, y ha estado visitando a su papá todos los días. Gracias a nuestro amoroso Padre Celestial Jehová y su hijo reinante Jesucristo, Danny se ha estado recuperando bien. Estamos pidiendo ayuda para pagar las facturas del hospital que se nos presentan. Hoy hace 11 días en el hospital. No podrá volver a trabajar ya que continúa recuperándose una vez que llegue a casa. Si alguien conoce a Danny, tiene el corazón más grande y siempre está listo para ayudar a los demás cuando enfrentan circunstancias difíciles en la vida.
