Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits. My daughter Mariah's boyfriend, Danny Izquierdo, is just 18 years old—a time when life should be full of dreams and possibilities. Instead, he's facing the unimaginable: a cancer diagnosis of stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Anyone who knows Danny will tell you he is the kind of young man who lights up a room with his positive attitude and steady kindness. He's hard-working, responsible beyond his years, and the first to lend a helping hand to family, friends, and even strangers. Whether it's working long shifts to help support his loved ones or taking time to encourage others, he has always been there for everyone.
Now it's our turn to be there for him.
Cancer treatment is tough—physically, emotionally, and financially. The medical bills, travel for appointments, and time away from work are already adding up quickly. He has car payments and insurance and no income. We want to give Danny the chance to focus on healing and on the future he deserves, without the crushing weight of financial stress.
How You Can Help:
Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly to Danny to support him during this challenging journey. If you can't give financially, sharing this campaign or sending words of encouragement means the world.
Danny is a fighter with a heart of gold, and together, we can help him beat this.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your generosity, prayers, and love.
With gratitude,
Katy and Family
