Danny Reid Carter needs help

Tim Carter (Danny's brother) here... as you may or may not know, Danny has Hydrocephalus with a shunt in his brain and had a major stroke as well that took his left side out... he's getting therapy..  a few weeks ago Danny moved back to High Point North Carolina to an Assisted Living Facility called Brookdale. It was understood that Brookdale would take him with Medicaid Pending, as it turns out they were misinformed and that it not the case... his Medicaid will start after he establishes residency in NC for 90 days... they now want $15,000 for Danny's needs until his Medicaid starts paying... I've exhausted my efforts in trying to get around this... you name it and I've tried it, but there is no way around it... Danny likes Brookdale good enough, is getting good care, therapy and gets frequent visits from lots of friends... of course Danny doesn't have the money to pay 'out of pocket' so I am starting this GoFundMe for his benefit... they said they could evict him and put him into a Nursing Home, and not and very good one... I just can't stand to see this happen to him... we lost Mom in Dec and now this... we need your help. Please do what you can to help Danny out... thanks so much friends...
