Danny needs stable housing

Please help Danny get back on his feet with stable housing.
Danny is a good-hearted, hardworking, 23 year old young man who has had a run of bad luck. He is doing his best to overcome the obstacles in his path, but could use our help. Danny lost a shared apartment and his job about 2 ½ years ago. He was unable to find a job quickly enough to pay his rent and he was soon homeless. Homelessness starts a cycle of despair that is very difficult to overcome without significant resources
Danny does not come from an abusive home, but his family does not have the resources to help him. His adoptive Mother is retired and lives in subsidized housing, which prevents her from providing him with a place to stay.
While living on the streets, Danny lacked the necessary security, sleep, food, water, and support to stay healthy. As a result, he suffered from a severe mental health issue in January 2018, which led him to be hospitalized for 2 1/2/ months. Fortunately, Danny does not have problems with drugs nor alcohol and is on the road to recovery. Recently, he was able to get a part-time job with the help of a volunteer advocate and currently earns just enough money to buy food and basic personal items. However, without the stability of secure and consistent housing, his situation still remains dire.
Danny is vulnerable, thus he stays away from the advertised city and county homeless shelters, which can be very dangerous. To avoid confrontation, most nights he sleeps wherever he can - in an empty house, behind a restaurant, or against a dumpster. Danny needs a structured environment, such as a group home where he can receive consistent check-ins while working to better himself. A few people have donated what money they can for an inexpensive hotel room, 3-4 nights a month, so he is able to sleep safely.
Despite all of his hardships, you will not hear a single complaint from Danny. He looks forward to being self-reliant and continuously expresses gratitude for the help he receives along the way.
