Danny Attack Emergency Medical Bills
Donation protected
What's up, Revenant Hearts?
A good friend of mine (presumably if you're reading this, your friend too), Danny Guzman, recently landed himself in the hospital with a couple of health issues. Long story short, and as we all know from experience, his medical bills are adding up quickly.
To remediate this issue, Danny has decided to sell some of his music equipment. One of the items was the Taylor guitar that he played on hundreds of stages for hundreds of shows and recorded almost all of our favorite songs with. It's understandable needing to sell personal items to make ends meet, and I am sure we have all been there at some point. However, that guitar is more than an instrument at this point, and I believe it is an extension of the man himself. I don't think anyone should have to sell anything of such importance, especially when that item has contributed to as much art as this man has made us. It's an extension of him. It would be like a painter selling his paintbrushes or a carpenter selling his hammer.
I've decided to start a GoFundMe to help Danny pay his medical bills. Danny is one of the most kind-hearted, loving and generous people I've ever had the honor to both meet and share a stage with. If you've ever met him, you know this to be true. I hope to raise enough money to help pay for these bills and not have to sell his music equipment. He's done so much for us, and I think it's time we do something for him.
If you can donate, please do. If not, please share this fundraiser so we can spread the word.
