Hi, my name is Danielle and I'm trying to raise some money for living costs after I lost almost everything in a boat fire.

Back in March I woke up to a fire aboard my home of two years, in my panicked rush to get off the boat I managed to save my laptop and a few clothes. Everything else, my entire life went, up in smoke and then sank. Nothing was deemed salvageable. I am fully insured, but they say it'll take months for the investigation to be completed before I'll see any payout and in the mean time I'm couch surfing with friends and living on the generosity and charity of others. My savings are completely depleted, and I've not been able to find work yet.
