Dannie's Treatment for Lyme Disease
Donation protected
Danielle ("Dannie") Kravetz, my beloved, sister and friend, was diagnosed with Lyme Disease over two years ago. After trying a variety of therapies, she has finally found a beautifully effective treatment, and the total cost for everything is approximately $17,000.
Lyme Disease, if you're not familiar, is a bacterial infection primarily transmitted by ticks. It is caused by a spirochete—a corkscrew-shaped bacterium called Borrelia Burgdorferi. Lyme is called “The Great Imitator,” because its symptoms mimic many other diseases. It can affect any organ of the body, including the brain and nervous system, muscles and joints, and the heart.
In Dannie's case, Lyme has been debilitating. She has spent the majority of the last year lying on her floor or bed in agonizing pain, wondering if she'll ever be able to truly live and thrive again. And through that darkness, she has had spiritual breakthroughs, finding a deep inner strength that is beyond inspiring to everyone around her.
Dannie has been running a backpacker's hostel on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, in Puerto Viejo for the last 7-8 years. However, due to her illness and the global pandemic, she has not had sufficient income to support her treatment. If you know Dannie at all, you know she is one of the most generous humans on the planet. It is my honor to help her RECEIVE support.
Her treatment has involved Western medicine (diagnostics, antibiotics and other medicines), two different herbal Lyme protocols, pain meds, and several natural/ holistic healing modalities. Now, she has embarked on a wildly innovative and experimental treatment protocol here in Costa Rica. She is already seeing marked improvement! (Yay).
In order for her to continue her current treatment, I am requesting your support to raise $17,000. Any little bit will help! I'd love to raise this abundance by December 21st (Winter Solstice!), so that Dannie can begin 2021 with a clear and abundant path to wellness. She also dreams of converting her hostel into a holistic healing center, so that she may continue her healing while inspiring others to do the same.
Aho!
May your generosity come back to you 1000 fold. Muchas gracias, amores!
