My Name is Spencer Johnston.  I have been working in the restaurant industry for 17 years.  I’m looking for funding for a walk up, take out food window, kind of like a stationary food truck.  The location is in Natures Touch Nursery and Harvest in Templeton California.  The kitchen is already there, so no major build out cost.  The Funding I'm asking for is to build a small roof over the window, building a new mobile pizza oven, small appliances as well as branding and promotion.   I need the funds A.S.A.P. as I want to open A.S.A.P.  We will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8pm.  We

are going to offer a seasonal menu with a focus on hand made pastas, soups, salads a few sides and 2-3 entrées, and sandwich or 2.   We also will have local delivery service to the Tempelton Comuinity.
