My co-worker Sandra and her husband lost their only son.
He was home sick just this past Tuesday April 18th. She had gone home on her lunch to check on him to find his lips slowly starting to turn blue, and suddenly he stopped breathing. He was taken to Brampton Civic and then transferred to Sick Kids where he was on life support. Her family was told he had pneumonia.
On Friday April 21 he was announce brain dead but remained on life support.
Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 he was announced to be with God.
After the autopsy it was found that he actually had Influenza B.
This is a difficult time for her family and I would like to support her alongside my co-workers in assisting to pay for the funeral costs or any other finances. Please help with anything that you can. It could be greatly appreciated.
