Daniel's Graduation: Help Complete the Journey

Hi there, this is Barron and Heidi Geiger! In the 2017-18 school year we were host parents for Daniel Valai, a Liberian exchange student. Daniel is an amazing, kindhearted, hardworking young man. While here in the U.S., he took full advantage of all the educational, social, and athletic opportunities that he could. His dream was to be a doctor one day back in Liberia. A college education is difficult to obtain in Liberia, however when he returned home, we were able to help him get an apartment in Monrovia and enroll him at UMU (United Methodist University). Various strikes and Covid shutdowns slowed things down, but finally Daniel is ready to graduate with a B.S. in Biology!!! His final classes and graduation costs come to $1,850. Over the past 6 years, we have personally invested around $13,000 in helping Daniel, but we could really use a little help with these last expenses. Thanks for your consideration!
