Daniel’s Fight against Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia

So I’m doing this for My friend Sonya’s Son Daniel

Daniel is 12 years old and on the 30th of April woke up all excited to make he’s confirmation healthy and fit and no sign of any sickness. On Thursday the second of May Daniel started complaining of a sore throat and he’s mam Sonya noticed something was off with he’s gums as any mother would do she brought him to the doctor who then rushed Daniel to Cork University Hospital where he underwent went tests much to her surprise they advised Sonya that Daniel would have to go to Crumlin Hospital immediately they were then put into an ambulance and transferred to Dublin. This is when Sonya Daniel and Richards worlds were turned upside down to find out Daniel has a rare form of children’s Leukaemia called Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia basically it’s Leukemia of the bone marrow and only counts for 2 percent of childhood Leukemia. Sonya has been now told that daniel will need to Receive treatment for this which can range anywhere from a few weeks to a few months which will require them to stay in Dublin. He Is now receiving chemotherapy twice daily and can I say he’s is taking it like the absolute champ that he is. As you can imagine money is the last thing on their minds but with the expense of everything In general I’m setting this up to give a little help as they have a lengthy stay ahead of them so far from home. Also want to put it out there they never asked for this go fund me but I’ve been given permission by Sonya to put one up. Would truly appreciate if ye could help in anyway
