Help my son Daniel walk and talk again

Donation protected
This GoFundMe was created to raise funds for our son Daniel, who at the age of 21 was poisoned by Fentanyl. Resulting in an Anoxic Brain Injury. My husband and I have been taking care of Daniel at home for approximately 3 years. Currently, our largest financial need is for Full Time at-home assistance of an LPN, Alternative therapies, funds.to fix our handicap minivan ramp, portable wheelchair and supplies etc: (that are not covered by insurance). To date, funds raised have provided a handicapped bathroom, handicapped minivan, chiropractor care, Neurotherapy, physical therapy, Acupuncture, medical supplies and many other things not covered by insurance for our son Daniel Fienemann. As well as the unexpected funeral costs for Daniel's younger sister, Noelle.

This is Daniel’s and now Noelle's stories. I hope that it enlightens others to the Mental Health and Illegal Drug Crisis, (particularly FENTANYL) we have in this country.

Daniel was an avid golfer, playing competitively since the age of nine. He was gifted by God athletically, a loving son and brother to his five siblings, and a devoted friend.

Daniel has a personal relationship with the Lord and attended church weekly. Daniel had told me of his love for the Lord and that he felt God had a plan for him to be a witness to others battling addiction. Also, that through sharing his testimony, individuals would receive hope for their future and understand God’s love for them.

Daniel had been struggling with major depression, a severe learning disability, and a lack of self-confidence since his pre-teen years. In an attempt to cope with these things, he began “self-medicating” with marijuana and underage drinking. This eventually led to snorting Percocet at age 19. By his own choice, he entered drug rehab in 12/2019 and completed the Inpatient and Outpatient programs successfully. He held down two part-time jobs, attended Christian counseling 2X weekly, and went to 2 recovery support groups.

Unfortunately, 2020 brought along Covid and everything shut down. Daniel lost his 2 jobs, the counseling center closed its doors, and the recovery groups stopped meeting. Although we were aware that he was struggling, we did not realize the extent to which he was not able to cope.

On 09/26/2020 Daniel was found approximately 5 minutes from our home slumped unconscious across the front seat of his truck. He had stopped at a red light and when his foot left the brake the car rolled slowly to the immediate shoulder of the road/ditch and stopped. No other vehicle was involved and no one else was hurt. Thank God!

On the scene, they administered CPR and hooked him up to a ventilator. His heart did not start on its own until he arrived at the hospital. He was in a coma for 4 days and ICU for 3 weeks.

Over the past approximately 3+ years, he has been in and out of 10 hospitals. He remains with severe spasticity in all four limbs, slow (but improving) cognitive abilities due to his anoxic brain injury (ABI). He also is nonverbal and completely dependent upon assistance 24x7.

We later concluded that Daniel was sniffing “crushed pills” laced with poisoning and deadly FENTANYL.

Since then, we have found out that:
In 2022 Fentanyl Killed over 140K in the US. The chemicals come from China and are made into Fentanyl in labs located in Mexico. Then, with our open borders, these drugs are brought into our country and dispersed. Most times the pills are intentionally mislabeled, and people don’t even realize what they are taking. A suitcase full of Fentanyl brought in from Mexico is enough to kill one Million people. Fentanyl is 100 Times stronger than Heroin. 1/10th of a gram of Fentanyl is enough to kill a person.

** We continue praying and believing that God will completely heal and restore Daniel. **

If you feel led to contribute financially to assist Daniel, it is greatly appreciated.

In October 2022 Daniel's younger sister Noelle came back from working in CA to live with her Mom, Dad and Daniel. Upon her arrival, she shared with us that she came back to help her Mom, Dad and Daniel physically, emotionally and financially. And her goal in life was to get a job to make enough money to use it to help the homeless.

Soon after she arrived home it was apparent that she was severely struggling with depression and anxiety and was "self-medicating" with excessive amounts of alcohol. I started attending Al-Anon to see what I could do to help my daughter. However, people with addictions have to make their own decision to stop or they never will. All I could do was pray and try to be there for her. She agreed to see a psychiatrist and began taking prescribed medication but would not give it a chance, on its own to help her. Early in 2023 she became too close with some "friends" and it was apparent things were turning for the worse. She started isolating herself from her Dad & Mom. I thought her "drug of choice" was alcohol, but Noelle was a VERY private person, so we had no idea what was going on. If she thought "I was invading her privacy" she would disappear, and then I would have no way to help her.

On June 30, 2023, Noelle had a friend arrive late at night at our home. Her Dad knocked on her door that night and reminded her that they had plans to go together to the bank the next morning, to straighten out her bank account. The next morning, we heard nothing out of her room and unlocked the door at 10:30 am to find her friend on the floor and Noelle on the bed. We called 911 and tried to administer CPR as directed by the 911 person on the phone. Within minutes many paramedics arrived and tried to revive her to no avail. She and her friend were both pronounced dead on the scene, on July 1, 2023.

*SHE WAS 21 and her friend was 23.

As it was considered a crime scene an autopsy and toxicology report were completed on Noelle.
She and her friend had taken Morphine; HOWEVER, it was nowhere near a lethal dose. The dealer had them drugs, with an added, HIGHLY DEADLY dose of Fentanyl. **Via Noelle's toxicology report" she died within minutes if not seconds" from FENTANYL poisoning.

Noelle had a very big heart for helping others. She was always that way even though she had endured more emotional suffering than anybody ever should. She never wanted to burden others with her issues. Many nights while she was in CA she called me and provided encouragement and direction for me. Without her, and Jesus I would not have had the strength to continue with Daniel's situation. Since her going to be with the Lord many of her friends have shared with me how she "always wanted to help everyone, no matter what she was going through. She always put helping others first." Even the night she passed, Noelle had invited her friend over after hearing he was struggling and she offered an open ear. In the words of our oldest daughter Lucie "Mom, God knew Noelle's heart was too broken to be here on Earth and God needed to heal her immediately and now she is with Jesus and he has a fully healed heart."

To remind you FENTANYL is coming into this Country through Mexican Drug Cartels via our open border.

PLEASE SPREAD THIS WORD AND LET EVERYONE KNOW; THIS IS BEING DONE INTENTIONALLY TO KILL AMERICANS.

*PLEASE CLOSE THE BORDERS*

Let no one else die as my baby girl Noelle did or suffer the life my son Daniel is.
