In memory of My Aunty Deb and for Rosewood Ward

Through January I will be running 5k a day for the month totalling 155k. My cousin Tony will be cycling double that over the month equalling 310k by the end of the month! We are doing this in memory of Tony's mum, my Aunty Deb, a wonderful mum, grandmother, wife, aunty, and sister who sadly passed away on December 24th this year! The money we raise will be donated to the wonderful staff and folk who work on the Rosewood Ward at Darenth Valley hospital! My fiancee Laura works there so i know first hand how their commitment and care to their patients all year round is inspirational, even more so when we consider how much risk they expose themselves to daily in the current pandemic!!! Aunty Deb was on Rosewood ward and the staff there have fond memories of their times with her so myself and Tony wanted to do something for both!!
