Danielle’s journey with metastatic breast cancer

Danielle is a woman of great faith and such charisma. She makes friends wherever she goes and has a true zest for living. However, she has recently learned of a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer. The cancer is affecting multiple organs and systems within her body. She also has a tumor on her brain stem and the 6th cranial nerve that is effecting her vision. On Feb 15, she underwent a gamma knife procedure at University hospital in Cleveland, OH in an attempt to eradicate that tumor. Danielle will begin additional treatment including chemotherapy to address the other cancer sites. .
