Danielle's Breast Cancer Fund

Hello my name is Danielle Gaston, I am 31 years old and live in Schenectady, NY. I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.  I served in our military the Army from 2003-2005.  I was most recently working as a Title Clerk for Destination Kia in Albany NY, they let me go just this past Saturday telling me that I have to take care of my medical issues and whether I am sick or healthy it is a business, and business must go on as usual. I am in desperate need for support in this awful time. I am already struggling trying to pay for the first medication of many to come. I recently participated in the Fight against Breast Cancer walk that took place in Washington Park. 

The he plan for my treatment is a lumpectomy followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Since the " wonderful" people at Destination Kia let me go, my insurance is set to cancel on November 14.  I normally wouldn't ask for help, but I need to swallow my pride and ask. 
I thank everyone in advance for their support and generosity in these very trying times. I am a fighter and I will beat this. I will keep everyone posted on the latest.
