Danielle Salley Dixon

Hi! My name is Tina Jernigan. My amazing best friend Danielle Dixon passed away on December 2, 2022. She left behind two beautiful children, a 17 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. Danielle was a Registered Nurse who had a big heart and a passion for helping others. She survived a kidney transplant a few years back, recently purchased a beautiful home, and was rocking life! Unfortunately she got COVID back in September and ended up being hospitalized after it turned into pneumonia. Her lungs eventually collapsed and they tried Ecmo treatment hoping it would allow her body and lungs to heal. She fought so hard during those few months in the hospital but unfortunately her lungs hardened and could not be healed and she ultimately went with the Lord on December 2, 2022. I wanted to start this GoFund me page with the hopes of helping her family with the large incurred medical expenses. Danielle has given so much to so many and I ask that we help her family in return.
