Danielle Gosnell-Guy

With a heavy heart I share the passing of my dear friend, Danielle (Dani) Gosnell-Guy after her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Dani was the sister of my closest and best friend, Laurie Perry. Laurie and Dani along with their mother, Donna Gosnell, sister Jonna Gilmore, Jonna’s husband Larry Gilmore and Dani’s 3 boys Jared, Alex and Carson, have always welcomed me as part of their family.

Dani’s husband Chad Guy passed away 10 years ago and Dani was left to raise their 3 boys on her own. Laurie unselfishly stepped up and brought Dani and the boys into her home and helped Dani continue to support and raise the boys.

When Dani was diagnosed with cancer , Laurie became her advocate and caregiver while still making sure the needs of her children were met.

With the loss of Dani, Laurie has, without hesitation, taken guardianship of Carson (14) and continues to help support Dani’s other 2 boys Jared and Alex in her home.

I’m starting this go fund me account for Laurie to help with the continuing care of Dani’s boys for education, medical needs, daily living expenses and any unforeseen future expenses.

So many people have kindly reached out to ask how they can help. With this fund any contribution, no matter the amount, will be greatly appreciated and will honor Dani’s memory!
