Supporting Danielle and Ethan Boone in welcoming Baby Violet

Hi Friends and Family, My name is Monica Revuelta and I am coordinating efforts for my dear sister, Danielle Alvarado and her partner, Ethan Boone.

Our whole family is looking forward to welcoming my sweet niece, Violet Aurora Boone.

A few weeks ago, Danielle was made aware that Violet's brain showed indicators of a rare disease called Holoprosencephaly. As a result Danielle and her family are preparing to provide special care for Violet given her recent health condition. We'd love to offer support to Danielle and Ethan by raising funds to allow them more flexibility in caring for Violet when she arrives.

While a baby shower was originally planned, we are refocusing those resources on providing additional support for Danielle and her beautiful family.

To that end, we kindly and humbly ask that in lieu of traditional baby shower gifts, that diapers/monetary gifts are offered instead.

Danielle is on path for a scheduled C-Section late May, so we are hoping that our collective efforts will afford her and Ethan with the means to pay for essentials for Violet, medical, and extended family-leave expenses.
