Support For The Crabtree Family

Donation protected
As you all know or can imagine this painful journey that no one should have to go through will be a financial burden that this family will not be able to bear alone. I beg each and everyone of you who has been blessed to know this family to please pray how you might be able to help them with the hospital bills that are quickly piling up and if/when Daniel graduates into his Heavenly home they would need our help with the "celebration" of Mr. Daniel Crabtree's life. (Funeral)

This is something that is laying heavy on their hearts as they try to deal with this sudden tragedy that stuck all of their lives.
.
Just some back-story and further details: Daniel was working in San Antonio, about a 5-hour drive from our home in Cash. He was up on a ladder maybe 10 feet (that's about 3 meters for all of my international friends), and he was taking down a projector. The way the projector was secured was different than he's used to, so when he unscrewed the last bolt it started falling. He tried to catch it but lost his balance and fell. He ended up hitting his head pretty hard on the ground and was knocked unconscious. There was blood coming from his mouth and ears, and he was struggling to breathe as they waited 8 long minutes for the ambulance to get there. They say he groaned once, but has been entirely unresponsive since then. On the way to the hospital he flatlined. Daniel, died, y'all. I don't remember whether they said that they were able to shock him back to life on the ambulance or only once they got him to the hospital. His body temperature when he arrived at the hospital was down to 93 degrees. They lost his pulse again, but again life returned. They got a tube in him to help his breathing and opened him up to make sure that his heart was beating and he wasn't hemorrhaging internally. CT scans showed that his brain was swelling, and he'd also had no oxygen to his brain for a while when his heart wasn't beating. They gave him lots of blood transfusions, so his whole body looks a little swollen.
