Daniela Myszakowski

Many of you have already heard the devastating news of Daniela's passing this past Friday September 22nd, at 3:53p.m. It was beyond heart-wrenching watching as Debbie and Stephen said their goodbyes as their beloved mother took her last breath. Joshua was devastated as he hugged his beautiful Babcia for the last time. The sound of Debbie crying out "Mom, Mommy, Mama!!!" and watching Stephen as he massaged her hands and feet while tears poured from his face will be forever etched in my mind.

Nell's unexpected passing was the result of life threatening complications following an unexplained illness that found her in ICU where she was kept in a drug-induced coma. At one point her condition improved, but complications of her 6+ week stay in ICU led to a life-threating complication that ultimately took her life. The initial illness was unexplained and baffled the doctors. The family believes there is no other explanation other than a broken heart. Although supported by her family, she has suffered immense sadness and loneliness following the death of her one-and-only, Chester on April 17th, 2021.

Nell has touched so many of our lives through her beauty, grace and effortless ability to make anyone she met feel like they were so incredibly special to her. She was the favourite godmother, Ciocia and friend to many. She was a second mother to so many of us as well. I, for one, could never have made it through the death of my own son, Michael, without her by my side every step of the way. She was my mother, when my own beautiful mother couldn't be there in-person (she lived in another province). Nell was always someone so many of us turned to for support and her loyalty to us all was one of her most beautiful qualities.

With Nell's passing being so unexpected, Debbie and Stephen are now in desperate need for financial support to assist with funeral preparations as well as after-support that they can draw from as they sort Nell's estate. Unfortunately it is not known if Nell had a will or life insurance and the process to have one of her children designated as an executor is likely to result in an expensive drawn out process. In the meantime, expenses to maintain her property will be needed.
