Kampf gegen Krebs, Hilf Dani am Leben zu bleiben

Liebe Leute in der ganzen Welt,

mein Name ist Sanda und ich sammle für die medizinische Behandlung meiner Schwester. Daniela ist 57 Jahre alt und lebt in Bosnien. Letztes Jahr im Februar wurde bei ihr Brustkrebs mit Lebermetastasen entdeckt. Da in Bosnien spezielle Krebstherapie erst genehmigt werden muss, nahmen wir sie mit nach Deutschland, sie bekam dort Chemo- und Autoimmunttherapie. Die Kosten, über 30.000€ habe unsere Eltern getragen. Nach 4 Monaten wurde die weitere Therapie (bei Metastasen muss man lebenslang bzw. bis zur Progression alle 3 Wochen Autoimmuntherapie erhalten) in Bosnien genehmigt und sie kam zurück. Es ging ihr zunächst gut. Die Lebermetastasen wurden weniger und die verbleibenden verkleinerten sich von 15mm Durchmesser auf aktuell 4mm. Wir haben gehofft, dass ihr noch einige gute Jahre mit dieser Therapie bevorstehen würden. Seit 2-3 Monaten hat sie Symptome, die auf Störung der Hirnfunktion hinweisen und wir ließen eine Kopf-MRT-Untersuchung machen. Das Ergebnis hat uns schockiert. Es haben sich zahlreiche Metastasen im Groß- und Kleinhirn sowie in den Hirnhäuten gebildet.

Der Onkologe schlug eine Ganzhirnbestrahlung und eine Therapie mit einem ziemlich neuen Medikament, das sehr gute Studienergebnisse bei Hirnmetastasen geliefert hat. Leider wird dieses Medikament in Bosnien gar nicht vertrieben, geschweige denn, dass es von der Krankenversicherung übernommen wird. Es ist einfach zu teuer für dieses Land. Den Ärzten sind die Hände gebunden, sie können nur vorschlagen und hoffen, dass jemand genug Geld hat um es selbst zu finanzieren. Das Medikament heißt TYKUSA (Wirkstoff Tucatinib) und eine Packung, die für 21 Tage reicht kostet ca. 5200€. Ich kann es in Deutschland kaufen und ihr zukommen lassen. Für die ersten 2 Packungen werden wir innerhalb der Familie Geld sammeln aber 2 Packungen reichen nur für 6 Wochen. Daher sind wir auf Hilfe von guten Menschen angewiesen und bitten euch inständig uns zu helfen und für Daniela zu spenden. Jeder Euro zählt.....

Zovem se Sanda i skupljam novac za liječenje moje sestre. Daniela ima 57 godina i zivi u Bosni. U februaru prošle godine dijagnosticiran joj je rak dojke s metastazama na jetri. Budući da se u BiH mora odobriti posebna terapija raka, odveli smo je u Njemačku, gdje je primala kemoterapiju i autoimunu terapiju. Troskove, vise od 30.000€ su tada snosili nasi roditelji. Nakon 4 mjeseca odobrena je daljnja terapija (metastaze zahtijevaju doživotnu autoimunu terapiju svaka 3 tjedna do progresije) u Bosni i vratila se. U početku je bila dobro. Metastaze na jetri su se smanjile, a preostale su se smanjikle sa 15 mm u promjeru u sadasnje stanje od 4 mm. Nadali smo se da će uz ovu terapiju imati još nekoliko dobrih godina. Već 2-3 mjeseca ima simptome koji upućuju na smetnje u mozge te smo napravili MR glave. Rezultat nas je šokirao. Nastale su brojne metastaze na velikom i malom mozgu te moždanim ovojnicama.

Onkolog je predložio zračenje cijelog mozga i terapiju relativno novim lijekom koji je pokazao vrlo dobre rezultate u terapiji metastaza na mozgu. Nažalost, ovaj lijek se u BiH niti distribuiura, a kamoli da ga zdravstveno osiguranje pokriva. Jednostavno je preskup za ovu zemlju. Liječnicima su ruke vezane, mogu samo predlagati i nadati se da netko ima dovoljno novca da to sam financira. Lijek se zove TYKUSA (aktivna tvar tucatinib), a pakovanje koje traje 21 dan košta oko 5200 eura. Ja ga mogu kupiti u Njemačkoj i poslati joj. Novac za prva dva pakovanja cemo skupiti unutar familije ali 2 pakovanja su dovoljna samo za 6 sedmica. Stoga smo ovisni o pomoći dobrih ljudi i pozivamo vas da nam pomognete i da donirate za Danielu. Svaki euro se računa.....

My name is Sanda and I am collecting for my sister's medical treatment. Daniela is 57 years old and lives in Bosnia. She was diagnosed with breast cancer with liver metastases in February last year. Since special cancer therapy has to be approved in Bosnia, we took her to Germany, where she received chemotherapy and autoimmune therapy. Our parents bore the costs, more than €30,000. After 4 months, further therapy (metastases require lifelong autoimmune therapy or every 3 weeks until progression) was approved in Bosnia and she came back. At first she was fine. The liver metastases became fewer and the remaining ones decreased in diameter from 15mm to currently 4mm. We hoped that she would have a few more good years with this therapy. For 2-3 months she has had symptoms indicating brain dysfunction and we had a head MRI scan done. The result shocked us. Numerous metastases have formed in the cerebrum and cerebellum as well as in the meninges.

The oncologist suggested whole-brain radiation and therapy with a fairly new drug that has shown very good study results in brain metastases. Unfortunately, this drug is not even sold in Bosnia, let alone covered by health insurance. It's just too expensive for this country. Doctors' hands are tied, they can only suggest and hope someone has enough money to fund it themselves. The drug is called TYKUSA (active ingredient tucatinib) and a pack that lasts for 21 days costs around €5,200. I can buy it in Germany and send it to her. For the first 2 packs we will collect money within the family, but 2 packs are only enough for 6 weeks. Therefore we are dependent on the help of good people and we urge you to help us and to donate to Daniela. Every euro counts.....
