Daniel Whites Battle With ALS

Hi my name is Charles White, son of Daniel White. For more than three years now my father has suffered from the affects of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease. It is unfortunate, but inevitable that he has succumbed to the affects of this terrible disease and now needs extensive care to continue living. All he wants is to go home and be with his family while he fights a terminal battle. His only wish is that he passes on from this life while in his home. This unfortunately comes at a great cost because he will need extensive care, specialty equipment(life support), and around the clock monitoring-along with visiting nurses to help my mother-in-law, Debbie White. Over the past week he has been hospitalized in the ICU, with double pneumonia due to aspiration and now has a trachea and feeding tube installed to help with quality of life. He is a father of two, a grandfather of five, a brother, a son, and a loving husband. All proceeds will go directly to his wife,Debbie White to help her aide in paying for his extensive care at home, where he can live the rest of life with his loving wife and his family can visit at any time.
