My father was an honorable man. He was kind and patient, and he always helped those who needed him. One never thinks that they will lose someone suddenly, especially someone like my father, who was loved and respected as much as he was. Due to his sudden and untimely death on November 25th, 2018, our family and community are absolutely heartbroken. We were informed that it was most likely a heart attack or a blood clot. Our family is having a very difficult time processing this loss, to the point where I cannot even pick a tense to write this in. In my mind he wasn't loved, he is still loved. We lost a leader, a husband, a father, a friend and a pastor. He would not want us to be sad, and though we are all heavily grieving, my father would want us to celebrate his life. He would want us to focus on his accomplishments, his family and his community, because without everyone he would not feel whole. Daniel Supler was a story teller. He loved to share many wonderful stories and memories of his friends, family, and various communities.
