Daniel Sterns Memorial Fund

In honor of Daniel Sterns, husband, father, brother, uncle, friend and teammate, the Daniel Sterns Memorial Fund has been created to keep his memory alive and allow his spirit to live on. Dan passed away in March 2020 from a rare brain tumor, leaving a gaping hole in the lives of those who knew and loved him. Aside from his family and friends, one of Dan's greatest passions was the game of lacrosse, and he played until his last year at 57 years old. We believe nothing would make Dan happier than to know that in his memory, we are raising money to support young players in the game he loved.

On June 18, 2022 we will host our first fundraiser - the First Annual Daniel Sterns Memorial Lacrosse game. The proceeds will go to the Memorial Fund which we plan to use to establish an annual scholarship for a high school senior and also support the local youth lacrosse program.
