Daniel Sewell Celebration of Life

It's hard to believe that it’s been just over a couple of months since receiving the devastating news about our dear friend, Dan. We've thought about him every day since he passed, and we know that’s the same for many of you. It was hard enough coming to terms with the fact that we wouldn’t ever get to see our friend again, but since it was so close to the holidays, it made things even more difficult for everyone to get together and celebrate his life in a collective, meaningful way that he deserves.

 

However, the time has come to do just that. In coordination with Dan’s family and friends, we will hold a celebration of life in Norman, OK, on May 21st. We would like to have a commemorative bench placed on campus in his name so that his daughter and everyone that ever loved him can visit that spot to be a bit closer to him. If you knew Dan, you knew his love for the University of Oklahoma football program.

 

More details will come as we get a bit closer to the day regarding the location of the bench, where to meet and any other arrangements.
