Daniel Sartain Fund Raiser

Danny was involved in a traffic accident a few months back. The other party suffered injuries as well as Danny. The accident happened between Danny and his friend while riding in a group of motorcyclist performing stunts. Not the smartest thing to do, but it doesn't warrant life in prison. This past Monday November 9th the police arrested Danny for 23103a reckless driving. 23103a reads, in short "a person that has willful disregard for the safety of persons. Danny was riding his motorcycle too fast, but he never intended to hurt anyone. He was and is very remorseful.  In his younger years Danny received two strikes, but has turned his life around since then. If he is convicted of this latest charge he will receive his third strike and spend life in prison.

There is nothing my son loves more than his niece, nephew, family and his motorcycle. My son loves God and Jesus is his savior. I can’t imagine what my son is going through right now in prison knowing he can’t see his niece and nephew. It breaks my heart to hear my granddaughter ask when her uncle is coming home. We just all miss him. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. We are asking for your help to raise money for a lawyer to defend Danny. Anything will help.
