It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Daniel Oliver McCabe-Rogers. Dan was so much more than a fantastic bartender; he was the heart and soul of our team. With his cheeky grin, boundless charisma, and a knack for making everyone feel truly heard, Dan had a way of brightening any room he entered.

He brought laughter and joy into our lives, from the little things—like fiercely guarding his beloved “Dan’s ketchup - Hands Off” in the staff room—to the big things, like sharing his dreams and aspirations with us. He had an incredible ability to connect with people, and his kindness left a lasting impression on staff, senior leaders and even our regulars. Dan was not just a co-worker; he was a friend, a confidant, and a shining light in our community.

We’ll never forget how excited he was about his upcoming birthday—he wouldn't stop talking about it, and it made us all look forward to celebrating him and making him feel as special as he made us feel every day.

As we navigate this painful loss, we want to express our deepest gratitude to his family for bringing such a wonderful person into this world and allowing us the privilege of knowing him. Dan was truly special, and we hope this small gesture of support will help his family during this unimaginably difficult time.
