Hello, we are the family of Daniel Leon, and I am his son. On April 18, 2026, our lives changed forever. My dad was the heart of our family. He worked hard every single day to provide for me, my mom, my cousins, and my stepbrothers and stepsisters. Every dollar he earned, he gave to us. He never spent money on himself because making sure we were okay meant everything to him. Since his passing, things have been extremely hard. He was the one who carried the weight of our family and worried about the bills so we wouldn’t have to. Now we are trying to find a way to move forward without him, and it hasn’t been easy. My dad wasn’t just a father he was our best friend. He always checked in on us, texting to ask how our day was and making sure we felt loved. He treated my cousins like his own children and loved my mom and me more than anything. He always saw the good in every situation and could make us smile even on our worst days.
He did so many beautiful things for so many people that it would take us days to talk about them all. The way he helped others, the way he showed up for everyone, the way he loved without limits that was just who he was. One verse that reminds us of him is Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” That’s exactly how he lived his life. Everything he did for others, he did with his whole heart. At every party or family gathering, he was the one taking care of the food and playing the music. He brought laughter into every room. The smiles we had were because of him. We are asking for help to cover funeral expenses and to support our family in the upcoming months as we adjust to this painful loss. Any donation, no matter the amount, truly means so much to us. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping us in your prayers. Thank you for helping us honor my dad’s life and the love he gave so freely. ❤️ “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Matthew 5:4
