Honoring Danny Hood: Memorial Services

Due to requests of friends and family, we've set up a donation page for Danny Hood in lieu of flowers. We are distraught over the unexpected loss of a very important person in our world, and we were not prepared for the cost of funeral service. We'd like to give Danny the celebration of life that he deserved. As many of you may know, Dan spent much of his life in Texas and Tennessee, touching the lives of so many. In meeting the funding goal we will not only be able to give him the funeral he deserves in Texas, but also have a memorial in Tennessee in the weeks to come.

Dan had a good heart and a big personality. No matter what he was going through, he was always determined to make people laugh. He loved his dog- Purdy, Poker tournaments, deep conversations about the world, the Dallas Cowboys, traveling, and so many other things.

The cost of the Funeral in Texas is approximately $10,000. Any additional funds will be used for the Family’s traveling costs.
