Daniel Gonneville is a 35 year old man originally from Glace Bay, NS living in Edmonton, AB. Unfortunately Daniel has contracted COVID-19 and has been admitted to the intensive care unit of University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton. He is in critical condition, requiring ventilator life support. Daniel's family reside in Nova Scotia, and his sister Guylaine will be travelling to Edmonton this week to be by his side while he fights this battle. 

Due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions and isolation requirements on her return home (she will be unable to work), there will be extra financial strain for this trip to happen. Expected expenses include flights, transportation, accommodations and meals while there. While he recovers from this illness and is unable to work, paying rent and insurance bills will need to be paid which will also be a huge financial challenge.  Any support to help make this journey possible would be greatly appreciated.
