Well as of today Daniel weighs in at a whopping 143 lbs. At 6’1” he is literally a walking skeleton. This has been cause for great concern for all of us, including him. He is wasting away in front of us and we’re helpless to do anything about it. He is receiving nutrition & lipids 24 hours a day. So far there are no bowel sounds…. Home care has been found so once he’s ready he can go home instead of a facility. Ma will no doubt will be his main caregiver, with the help of home care, as May continues to work. He really just wants to get back to May, the boys, & his dog Milo. His recovery will be a minimum of SIX months. Ugh!! That being said, we’re hoping to help him out a bit financially so a GoFundMe has been set up. If you’re willing and able, please consider a donation. We’d like to get his propane tank filled for winter and alleviate some of the worry he has about providing for his family.
