Hello Friends and Family. We are deeply saddened by this sudden loss of Daniel. He was such a loving person and had a kind heart. Whenever he had an opportunity to help others, he did. We are lost for words at this time. If my mind would stop going 100 miles an hour I'm sure I could write a book about all the good things he did.

Viewing Services for Daniel will take place in the home he grew up in. The location is 3723 Duffy Street, San Bernardino, CA 92407. Daniel will be with us starting Thursday 5/21/20 at 7pm. We will have him surrounded with family and friends, love and prayers until the next morning, Friday 5/22/20 at 8am. Please be prepared to practice social distancing and bring a mask. Daniel will go on one last car ride through his stomping grounds in Muscoy one last time. All are welcome to follow. After his car ride we will proceed to the cemetery.
Daniel will be laid to rest near our grandfather, Daniel Casillas. His funeral will take place 5/22/20 at 10am at Hermosa Gardens 900 Meridian Ave, Colton Ca 92324. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the mortuary asks that you remain in your car until the mortuary staff have finalized the burial. At that time, we can gather around the burial site. If you decide to be outside of your vehicle it will just have to be a good distance away from the grave site.

What started out as a request from Daniel's friends offering to help in any kind of way turned out to be a great deal more than I expected. I can't thank everyone enough. I am humbled and overwhelmed with emotion. Thank you for being a part of Daniel's life journey. The messages that have been left I want to take time to read and respond in the next few weeks. As Daniel would say, "Jesus Loves You" so I hope you all have a great day!
