Brief overview
My father recently came down with an unknown illness and is in the hospital. He is currently in a coma. Many test are being done to try to find the issue but no test have come back positive, aside for pneumonia, as of yet.

Life at home, before the hospital
My father, Daniel, spends his time working as much as he can to provide for his family. When he is not a work he loves to nap and cook and do various task around the house because he loves to make sure that his family has nothing to worry about. During the covid he has been the one to go to the grocery store because he does not want to put his family at risk to get the corona virus. He has always gone above and beyond for us and is the best father I could've asked for. We would watch cartoons all the time, even as adults. You can be having a full conversation and then he's suddenly lost in child cartoons. He is a huge comedian. He can light up a room with one punch line. He knows how to make everyone laugh no matter what is going on. His smile and laugh is infectious.

The start of his medical issues
It all started when he started feeling a little unwell. After a week or so of trying to get better at home he went to the doctor. He had pneumonia. He was given medicine and an inhaler but it failed to help and his health began to decline. He could not breathe, could not talk too much, could not eat, his feet and hands swollen.
Thursday night, November 12, 2020 my mother rushed him to the hospital. But since he doesn't like to go to the doctor my brother had to convince him to go in. When he arrived he was immediately rushed to the back. My mother had to say her goodbyes as they were going to medically induce a coma. He wasn't even getting enough oxygen in his body and was instantly put on the ventilator.
He has spent their 23rd anniversary, which was November 15th and is more then likely to spend his 49th birthday, November 20th (Friday) in a coma as well. My mother and Father grew up together and have been together their whole life.
Currently he is in ICU, still on a ventilator, and having trouble breathing. His liver and kidneys have come back abnormal but much of the reasons and issues are still unknown. They have given him 4 litters of blood due to not knowing where he is losing blood from. I will update any information we get when we finally know anything.
My family never thought we would be on here asking for peoples help. And we understand 2020 has been difficult for everyone. Any and all help is much appreciated. If you are unable my family ask that you just keep him in your thoughts and prayers and to just share this.
If you do donate and/or comment below, share your favorite memories or reason or whatever you want to write. We would love to hear your favorite things about my father, Daniel Carr.
I will add more photos below because, I cant pick just one.

He cried when they got married and saw her down the isle, but he insist he just had something in his eye.
