Once again, the Daniel C Breault Memorial Scholarship has been awarded to a deserving student who has shown motivation, focus and determination in the pursuit of a career as an electrician. It is not every year that there is someone who meets this criteria, however, we were excited to have someone stand out in their field of study. This year's recipient is a 2025 Mt. Hope High School graduate, LYLE SHAW, for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Residential Wiring. Congratulations LYLE!

The purpose of this $1000 award is to assist the recipient with the purchase of "tools of the trade" before beginning an internship as a Journeyman with an Electric business such as F&S Electric Inc, Bristol, RI, a family owned and operated electrical contracting company with skilled and professional staff. This is where Daniel received his training and learned the skills to become an excellent electrician.

On the 27th of June I will reach a milestone birthday. One that I prefer not to say out-loud. Instead, I would like to switch the focus from me to Daniel. It would be an amazing honor for Daniel to receive a small contribution to his scholarship fund. Any amount will help enable another perspective electrician to receive the award and feel confident upon entering their trade of choice having the necessary tools to begin their education. Thank you!
