Hello Friends and Family,
I have the misfortune of updating this because of another's passing. One week after we buried my brother, our mother passed away. She went into septic shock on Sunday the 23rd, her 70th bday. She passed away just after midnight on the 24th surrounded by all of her kids that could be here, my dad, her sisters, and other family. We are broken but we know my mom is no longer suffering. God had mercy on her and she's finally resting after a lifetime of pain.
Nena was the strongest person we knew. She loved all her kids unconditionally. She cared for her family and husband more than anyone could hope for. She had the best sense of humor and amazing personality that all of us hoped to inherit. She was the life of the party. She was beautiful inside and out, which she showed best through her music. She started playing the guitar and singing at 8 years old and never stopped. She is La Reina de la Canción Ranchera!
Tengo la desgracia de informarles de la muerte de otro. Una semana después de enterrar a mi hermano, nuestra madre falleció. Ella entró en shock séptico el domingo 23, su 70 cumpleaños. Ella falleció después de la medianoche el día 24, rodeada de todos sus hijos que podrían estar aquí, mi papá, sus hermanas y otros familiares. Estamos rotos pero sabemos que mi mamá ya no está sufriendo. Dios tuvo misericordia de ella y finalmente está descansando en paz después de una vida de llena de dolor.
Nena era la persona más fuerte que conocíamos. Amaba incondicionalmente a todos sus hijos. Ella amaba a su familia y esposo más de lo que nadie podría esperar. Ella tenía el mejor sentido del humor y la increíble personalidad que todos esperábamos heredar. Ella era la vida de la fiesta. Era hermosa por dentro y por fuera, lo que mostraba mejor con su música. Ella comenzó a tocar la guitarra y cantar a los 8 años de edad y nunca paro. ¡Ella es La Reina de la Canción Ranchera!
Any excess funds will be given to Danny's children and Nena's widow. Nena and her husband Leopoldo, were living on a fixed social security income and any bit helps.

Many of you have reached out to me to help with Danny's funeral expenses. We am overwhelmed and touched by all of you and we appreciate you all. The total expenses add up to just over $7K (includes funeral services, church, the lot, and the tombstone). Any little bit helps.
Danny was so caring and loving but unfortunately his life was cut short. He was working and had an accident. He leaves behind two wonderful sons, lovely spouse, a loving mother, a caring father, a ton of siblings who love him unconditionally, many many family members, and friends who love him like family.
Muchos han procurado ayudar con el funeral del Danny. Estamos conmovidos con tanta ayuda y al mismo tiempo muy agradecidos. En total necesitamos $7,000 (incluye el funeral, la misa, lote de cementerio, y la tumba).
Danny era muy cariñoso, amable, y amoroso pero desafortunadamente, su vida fue muy corta.
