Daniel B. Weinstein Legacy Fund

Daniel B. Weinstein was a son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew , friend, husband and an inspiration to us all.  His unexpected and sudden departure at the young age of 36 leaves us with a heavy heart, but he was truly a success story achieving more than most of us could even aspire to in his few years on earth.  Daniel was highly intelligent and frequently found helping others with anything from technological difficulties, home improvement projects and legal matters.  He was a gentle soul with so much love to give while at the same time, sensitive, charismatic, creative, talented and funny.  He goals were many and he set the bar very high for every task on his plate. 

After marrying the love of his life, Juliette, he moved to Sioux Falls, SD and fulfilled his dream of becoming a lawyer and serving the local community.  He and Juliette were in the process of finishing up their newly built home.  Most recently, he established his own law firm, www.weinsteinlawfirmsd.com and was very committed to his clients, spending countless hours making sure the work was completed and that every wrong was made right.  

The only thing Daniel deeply desired more than success in the workplace was to start a family with Juliette.  They faced years of fertility challenges and in the weeks leading up to his passing they were preparing to start the IVF process.

In order to fulfill their dreams of having children,  we developed this page to help support his legacy.   Any amount, small our large will help.  We truly appreciate your generosity.  In lieu of flowers we would appreciate your donation and a memory of Daniel to share with our family.
