Daniel and Brittany Anderson funeral expenses
Daniel and Brittany Anderson (owners of Resurrected Garage) were involved in a motorcycle accident Saturday August 14, 2021 around 8pm. They were riding in NC when they topped a hill and came upon a deer. Daniel tried his best to avoid the deer but ultimately he ended up hitting it and laying the bike down. They were both thrown off the motorcycle and slid 10-15 feet down the road. They were wearing helmets, long pants, and boots which saved their life. Daniel and Brittany were taken by ambulance to the local hospital. Daniel got checked out and they stitched up his lip and bandaged his road rash. He also has a broken front tooth. Brittany suffered major road rash on her back, arm, both hands, and both knees. Her injuries were severe and she had to be taken by another ambulance to Greenville Trauma Center to further treat her better. She has damage to both knees and is still seeking treatment back home in GA. Sunday afternoon Daniel became really sick and started throwing up. He got progressively worse as the night went on and was taken back to the hospital at St. Mary’s in Athens, GA. Daniel become unresponsive and unable to communicate. Daniel is currently in the ICU, he is stable but doctors are monitoring his conditions and expect him to be in the ICU for a few days. Brittany is home but will be following up with an orthopedic surgeon about both of her knees. As small business owners, Daniel and Brittany did not have medical insurance. Any amount donated to help out with medical expenses would be greatly appreciated as the medical bills are accruing and Daniel is unable to work.
