Hi, my name is Madison. I’m starting this fundraiser to help my uncle and aunt in their time of need. On the evening of July 13th, my uncle Dan got into a quad accident, swerving to avoid a dog. The quad ended up landing on him, and he is currently in the ICU in the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital. He was flown in early morning of July 14th.

My uncle has multiple injuries, including puncture and bleeding in his lung, brain swelling, a C7 fracture, 6 broken ribs and multiple fractures, and minor brain bleeds. My uncle has been unconscious for most of the past three days. My mom, Jen Gagné (Buchan), has been by his side since he arrived in Thunder Bay.

My uncle Dan and my aunt Agnes are from Savant Lake, Ontario; four and a half hours away from Thunder Bay.

We aren’t asking for a lot, we’re just asking for some help or at the very least your thoughts and prayers to help my uncle through his long road to recovery.
